Aims and Objectives

HBCGPG are dedicated to providing a full wrap-around support service to grandparents who are the primary caregivers to their grandchildren, offering practical support, pastoral care and companionship to families on the Hibiscus Coast and all surrounding areas. We have a Support Group Meeting each month in Orewa, occasionally with a guest speaker to offer us advice and share their knowledge, and we complete the meeting with a free hot lunch. We also have a weekly Coffee Group in various locations, where we come together in a more informal space to share with one another and enjoy time together.

Rodney District areas we cover include all of Whangaparaoa and the Hibiscus Coast, Dairy Flat, Stillwater etc, Waitoki, Helensville, Orewa, Hatfields Beach, Waiwera up to Wellsford, Warkworth, Matakana, Snells Beach etc and their surrounding areas.

We are endorsed, local and independent.
